| Q: What user name and password do I use to login to the program for the first time? |
| A: When you login to Computer Playbook 2006 for the first time, enter a user name of "admin" and a password of "admin". You should immediately change the password for the admin user name soon after logging into the software. |
| Q: Are installation instructions available that will guide me step-by-step on how to install Computer Playbook 2006? |

| Q: I have downloaded the demo for Computer Playbook 2006 from your website. How do I install it? |

A: When you download the demo, a file called Installation.zip will be placed on your local computer. You will need to download and install a copy of WinZip to extract the contents of this file. You can find this program on the Internet. It is free of charge. Simply extract the contents of the Installation.zip file using WinZip to the desired directory on your computer. After doing so, follow the installation instructions supplied in the ReadmeFirst.htm file. Please note that there are two steps to the installation of Computer Playbook 2006. | Q: Do I have to uninstall the demo version of the program if I purchase a retail copy of Computer Playbook 2006? |
| A: No. If you have already installed the demo version of Computer Playbook 2006 and decide to purchase the product, after payment is made, we will send you an unlock code that you can enter into the program. This will enable full functionality within the software. There is nothing to uninstall. All data you enter into the demo version will remain and will NOT need to be entered again. |

| A: No. The Computer Playbook 2006 installation installs a free version of SQL Server 2000 called SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine. This is a scaled down version of SQL Server 2000 that is freely distributable. |
